Winter Session (January & February): 8 weeks, 2 hour block weekly
Designed to give winter athletes a chance to play informally and get touches on a volleyball in the off-season. Facilitated by two high school coaches, they will have opportunities to ask questions and work on certain aspects of their game if that’s what they choose. Or, they can just come and have some fun playing with other local volleyball players. Open to girls ages 13-18.
Spring Session (March, April, May): Skills, Drills, and Organized Pickup: 12 weeks. 2 hour block weekly. Middle School & High School.
The first hour will be all drills, geared toward working on specific skills in every aspect of the game including serve, serve-receive, setting, passing, hitting, blocking, communication, court awareness, positional transitioning, and more. This will be followed by an hour of gameplay, facilitated by two coaches.Summer Session (June & July) Power Hour Skills – 8 weeks, 1 hour each, 3 hour block. High School only.
We’ll offer 3 power hours. Come for 1, 2, or all three of these intense skill-specific sessions.

June, July, August Captains Summer League – 12 weeks with playoffs and championships High School (including rising 8th graders if applicable)
Teams from local towns will register and face-off each week leading up to high school tryouts. This will give them the opportunity to play together informally as a team all summer long. Coaches are not necessary, but are welcome on a volunteer basis. Facilitated (and refereed) by two high school coaches (more, if necessary). Playoffs and Championship game. T-Shirts for the winning team.
August Volleyball Conditioning Camp – 1 week, 5 days, 2 hours per day Middle School & High School
Get in volleyball shape before trying out for your school team. Designed to get players as many reps as possible as well as physically ready, so they can jump into their season strong and get the pre-season boost they need to impress their varsity coaches.
